konferencja Stone as a construction product
Since July 1, 2013 the rules of introduction of construction products on the market have been changed, thus the rules of application of such products in construction work have also been changed. The reason for these changes is the introduction of key regulations: the European Parliament and the Council of Europe directive number (EU) 305/201 of March 9, 2011 which sets forth harmonized conditions of introduction of construction products onto the market and waives the Council directive 89/106/ EEC – in short called CPR. According to the rule of protection of acquired rights, construction products introduced on the market before July 1, 2013 are recognized as being in accordance with the CPR directive. According to the above statements, the description of requirements included in the provisions of law concerning construction stone products shall respect the legal status from before July, 1 2013 and after this date.
